Custom Orders
Custom uniforms are made to order using the design, sizes and details you approve. Because of this, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or wrong sizes ordered.
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match your approved mockup, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or replace the affected items, or refund them.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we confirm the issue or receive the return.
